Daisy's Annual Lists

I have started to work on my Annual Lists.

I have many lists and it is hard to keep them up to date, but the two most important are my List of Shopping (what to buy The Princess) and my List of Going (places to take The Princess).

In case you are not aware, The Holiday Season is upon us.    To many, this means that a large freight train is coming through a tunnel and you have just entered the tunnel from the other end.    In other words, your life is about over.

To others, me being the most important one, The Holiday Season means a never ending round of gift giving and fun events and being spoiled even more than normal.  As it should be.   This will be Bob's first ever Thanksgiving and his first ever Christmas, so I will no doubt have to include him on the various lists, but just don't forget who was "here first", so to speak.  I have been doing this for much, much longer than Bob, and am now a professional in the art of receiving.

My Gram told me it was better to give than to receive, but once again, my Gram is wrong.    The Princess knows that receiving is far, far better.    My Gram said she is ashamed of me for thinking like this, but my Gram was never A Princess so just remember that when you are judging this contest.

In order to keep my Gram happy and to add to my list of Good Dogma, I have decided to try to find wonderful events that will include a benefit to someone else, just by the very fact that I am in attendance.    I think this will solve all of the problem concerning the giving vs. the receiving.    This will become a Win/Win situation.  I win.

The first event that I have discovered is the Santa Paws Photo Event which takes place on December 15 from 11am to 3pm and is sponsered by GoodDogz.    It will be at Reston Town Center and if you want to get all of the information about this fun event, ask your Christmas Mouse to tell you where Bows & Antlers Are Available

All of the proceeds from this event will go to help homeless dogs so while you are looking around for the details about Santa Paws, please learn something about GoodDogz and how you can help The Homeless Ones to Find a Forever Home.

Love and Christmas Wishes,
The Princess
