Happy Easter Eggs

Well, it figures.   I didn't get my white patten leather Mary Janes.    Nor did I get an Easter Basket.    What did I get?   A nice bowl of kibble.   Same as every day.     Is this fair?  I think NOT!

At least I know that some of my friends have not forgotten me.    My wonderful friend Niles (who lives with Bev when she isn't taking photographs) replied to my Blogging from yesterday.    Thank you Niles.   It is nice to be loved by someone.

I have made my very own doggie door in our screen door, and my parents let me keep it because it goes into our back yard which has a fence running all around it so I'm safe from marauding deer and bears.  (yes, we do have both of those in my living place).    So I went outside this morning to check for Easter Bunny tracks.  There were none.   He probably got kicked down the stairs over at my Gram's house and is crawling around in our drive-way.  I told you my Gram was grumpy.     Perhaps this gorgeous weather will cheer her up.    I shouldn't be so hard on her since she really has had a bad year, and it's not even April.    I bet if someone had brought my Gram a new pair of white patten leather Mary Janes she wouldn't feel so bad.

Speaking of shoes.

I just wanted you all to see what I see of my Mom on a regular basis.   Just her shoes.    You know why?   Those boots were made for walkin'.     And that is what she does.    Is she walking your dog today?   I just want to know because she very rarely walks around with me.     My friend Niles has the same problem.  He hardly ever sees his Mom cause she is always taking photos of other dogs.

Gram says we are like the shoemaker's children.   I don't know what that means.     Can anyone explain why my life is so horrible?

Love from The Princess,
Daisy
