Hi Everyone

I wanted everyone I know about to please say some special prayers for my friend Nutmeg.   Nutmeg is very, very sick right now with something called Cancer.   She has had it before and has always been just fine, but this time it is really scary and Nutmeg is having something called chemotherapy.     Nutmeg is never scared of anything, but she is scared this time.  She had a really big surgery on her face and on her leg too.

Nutmeg has been a client of my Gram's for a long, long, long time.   Once Nutmeg's Mom and Dad asked my Mom to fly up to Canada and stay with Nutmeg and my Gram did it.    Other than the fact that my Gram says she has no plans to return to Canada any time soon, it was a great trip and just like a vacation for my Gram and for Nutmeg.    Unfortunately it was about 10 below zero just then so there weren't a lot of long walks being taken.
Nutmeg has little boots for her feet, but she hates to wear them (don't tell her Mom and Dad).

I have some photo graphs of Nutter's (as we call her) from when she just had her surgery, but I don't want you to think about her all banged up, so I went back and found my picture of her that is my very favorite.   This is her Queen of Halloween persona.    Nutmeg and I have a battle over who is really the best in the Halloween costume department, but I finally told her she could be the Queen, since I am the True Princess.

I will ask Nutmeg's Dad to send us just a nice "normal" picture soon, so you can see how beatiful my friend really is without all this silliness.     Don't tell my Mom but I don't really like to dress up anymore.   I'm leaving it to The Queen.

So anyway.

Remember how I told you how my Mom and my Gram have both been sick and so one of our wonderful people, Miss Nicole, sent them some fruit?   Well today the best thing arrived from Nutmeg for my Gram.
It is Cookies!  In a basket.   Big Cookies.    The place is called Cookies by Design and you can find them when you ask your mouse to take to you to The Best Cookie Gift in The World

I copied all of this information because I know that Cookies By Design wants to get a lot of people to call them up and order their cookies for any occasion, but did you all know that April 20th thru the 26th is Administrative Professionals Week?     I didn't know that because my Gram is so grumpy and never tells me anything, but now you know.   Gram said it used to be called Secretaries Day, but that wasn't making everyone happy, so they have changed the name.

I'm an Administrative Professional.      Didn't you know that.   I help my Mom all the time when I sit on our couch at night with her when she works with her laptop.    If she didn't have me, she would be sad.    Like Nutmeg's Mom and Dard are sad right now.  Nutmeg doesn't really feel like sitting on the couch and working.

But I think Nutmeg will get well, and My Gram says we will find a doggie biscuit version of Cookies By Design and send it to Nutmeg.    I think that would be wonderful.

So please say a prayer for my friend.
