Meet Tracie Hotchner
About two years ago my Mom and my Gram were in Arizona at a convention, and happened to have the wonderful luck to meet Ms. Tracie Hotchner. This lady is very wonderful and if you don't know about her, you should, because she has two wonderful books that would be of a big help to you if you need to look something up.
One is called The Dog Bible and one is called --- guess what? The Cat Bible.
This is what The Dog Bible looks like, so you will be able to do some creative visualization until you get to buy your own copy:
Our copy is a little bent around the edges, cause we look up stuff all the time, and we are going to have our Mouse Man take us over to Amazon.Com so we can buy the one about the cats. Not that The Princess has a huge love for cats, but I do understand that they are very useful for some people and since we pet sit for many, many cats, then we would be helped to have our own Cat Bible.
So now you know what Ms. Tracie has written, but would you like to see her on The Television? Of course you would.
She will be visiting with Miss Martha Stewart on Martha's TV show tomorrow, April 21 and so if you turn on your TV and get a little snack you can watch them talk about pets.
You can also have Your Mouse Man take you to visit Ms. Tracie if you click here: Our Friend Tracie
My Gram says that sometimes when you meet famous people, they are not very kind to you, but when my Gram and my Mom meet Ms. Tracie in Arizona, my Gram said she was not only kind, she was very, very, very funny. We like funny people.
And you know what else? Ms. Tracie has a Radio Show! It looks like this, if you have a dog:

And it looks like this, if you have a cat:
Isn't this just the most fun in the world?
I'm going to ask my Dad if he can use his Eye-Pod machine and help me listen to the show about dogs. I have been wanting to do this for a long time, but sometimes my Dad is busy and at those times it might not be best to disturb him. He just got to have a week-end vacation, so he'll be in a happy mood when he returns to our house tonight and I will ask him then.
And guess what else (does this woman never stop helping us?) You can go visit ORVIS (you know them - they make the boots and jackets that my Mom and my Gram like to wear when walking dogs). But now they have decided to have a Weekly Audio Dog Tip with Ms. Tracie who is their neighbor in the State of Vermont.
You just go visit them and click on their funny picture and you can hear Tracie.

This is so much fun. I am going to be busy all this week listening to everything, because my Gram just told me that it will be raining here for at least three days and I need something to keep myself busy. I hope my Dad is very happy, because he will have a lot to do for The Princess when he comes home. And while we are listening to Ms. Tracie, we might as well do some shopping. Orvis makes very wonderful dog beds and dog blankets and since Bob just finished shredding his last bed this morning, not to mention barfing all over Scarlett's, I think my Gram will need me to pick out some new things.
So, now you know about Tracie Hotchner - not everything - but then you do have to do some things (my Gram says it is called sleuthing) on your own. When you have your Mouse Man take you to visit Ms. Tracie, you will have a lot of stuff to read about and some pictures to look at.
Have fun. I'm going to take a little nap so that I can be all rested up for my big day of shopping and listening. I hope my Dad didn't take his Eye-Pod with him and loose it or anything. And then, of course, there is his credit card. I hope he knows where that is, cause The Princess feels like spending some money!
Love and Licks,
Daisy
Oh and by the way, my Gram says we can get out our copy of The Dog Bible and try to find out why Bob threw up all over Scarlett's bed this morning. Yuck. What an idiot he is. He needs to learn to ask to be excused to the yard if he feels like barfing. He knows NOTHING!
