Love to Read Your Answers

The Princess is not happy.    You know how I always love to remind my readers when things are not going my way.
Well, once again, I must report that I have been left out of the loop, out in the cold, and just out.    This is not good.

I have learned from The Stupid-Head Bob, who hangs out in our office all day and thus gets the total scoop, that there has been an e-mail going around so that you will be able to learn fun facts about your friends and compare their little secrets to your own.   Now how much fun is that?

Obviously, no one decided to include me in their little chain of fun so that you can learn a lot of little known facts about those you know.   I have had to take matters into my own paws and answer the questions by myself, although I have shortened the list somewhat.

This is what our friends were doing, without The Princess being involved.   There is a long list of questions and the point is to answer the questions and then return the list to your friend who sent it to you in the first place and pass it on to a whole bunch of your own friends in the second place.    My Gram says this is a lot like a "chain mail" letter, which, my Gram says can be a bad thing and very annoying if it is a hoax.   Since my Gram and many, many of her own friends were having fun with this, I am assuming this is not a chain of letters.   Here goes:

Were you named after anyone?
Yes.  In fact The Princess was named for a beautiful flower that started with the letter D.   Prior to my birth, my Mom & Dad came to love a very beautiful little baby bulldog that they named Dahlia.   It is a long story, and very sad, but Dahlia only lived to be 16 weeks of age, as she had some things not correct in her trachea.  Dahlia is in heaven with all our other friends and family, but in her honor, I was named for a flower too.   I love that story.  Sometimes I communicate with Dahlia.  It's a good thing.

When was the last time you cried?
This very morning, when my Mom and Dad left for their 9-year wedding anniversary vacation.   I won't even tell you where they went, but let's just say it involves Pineapple and Roast Pork and Poi.    Oh yeah, and it's an island that starts with the letter H.    Not only did I cry, but I pooped on the floor to get even with them.   Sometimes a Princess has to really do something terribly bad to get her point across.   Normally, I would never do anything so disgusting, but I was desperate.

Do you like your handwriting?
Yes, because it is totally consistent.  It's my pawprint.   How convenient is that?  Thankfully, my Gram does most of my writing.

What is your favorite lunch meat?
What's not to love.   All of them.

Do you have kids?
Of course not.   How gross a thought is that?  Childbirth for a Bulldog is a scary thing.   And then of course, you would have to pick up after the little ones and you would have to share your toys.  Nope.  I pass.

If you were another person would you be friends with you?
Now isn't that just the silliest question?   Anyone would beg to be included in the Circle of Friends that surrounds The Princess.

Do you use sarcasm a lot?
Get out of town.  Shut up!  Can you read?   No, I would never resort to being sarcastic.

Would you Bungee Jump?
Sure, if it was off the couch, onto a pile of pillows.

What is your favorite ice cream?
Frosty Paws, of course, and I do prefer the home made version which you can find by going backwards in time on our Blog.  We kindly shared that recipe with all of my readers quite some time ago.

Red or Pink?
Now this is totally stupid question.  Pink, pink, pink, pink and more pink.  And I like Victoria's Secret too.

What is your least favorite thing about yourself?
My hips.   Sometimes I am worried that they make me look like a plus size model.   In itself this is a good thing.  I love Emme, don't you?  But, I would like to be an evenly shaped plus size model.

What was the last thing you ate?
Some wonderful canned dog food called I/M.  It is for pups with digestive problems, but I just like it.  I don't have to explain myself.    I was just tired of the same old kibble day in and day out.

What are you listening to right now?
Stacey and Clinton on the Television Set.    My Mom left me with TLC on because I like all of those programs.  I love, love, love Stacey and Clinton and they have really helped me in the what to wear department.  I can assure you that The Princess never looks shabby.

Favorite sports to watch?
Actually, it is football.   My Mom is a football nut-case and I love to sit with her and watch (although I have absolutely no idea what all those men are trying to accomplish).   I also like the Seven Layer Dip my Mom has my Dad bring to her while we watch.   She shares.

Scary movies or happy endings?
Actually, I kind of like scary stuff, but only if my Mom or Dad or Gram will protect me and cover my eyes when necessary.   It's hard to get my paws over my eyes when my mouth is full of popcorn.  But then again, I really like Happy Endings too, so I guess I will pick both.   I'm a Princess and I can have two answers anytime I want.

Last movie watched?
Legally Blond.   My Mom and I have seen it about a ga-zillion times.   Of course, I think it would be a better movie if I was in it, but I admit it would be hard for Miss Reese Witherspoon to get me into her purse.

Hugs or Kisses?
Depends on who is doing the hugging and kissing.  If Bob is involved, I'll pass.

What did you watch on television last night?
American Idol of course.    I saw Paula make something of a fool about herself.   My Gram said she must have been very tired.   It's all over the place today.  I still can't quite decide who I want to win.   I think David Cook is the best one to be a singing idol, but I love the dreaded locks on Jason Castro.   And he reminds me of John Travolta when John was young and thin.  So my jury members are still outside.

Favorite sound?
The can-opener.

What is the farthest you have been from home?
To the home of our dear friends, Seth and Jenny Rosen, who live in Norristown, PA.  It's a long drive but I love going on a road-trip with my Mom and my Gram.   We are like Thelma and Louise, plus one, and without Brad Pitt.

Do you have a special talent?
I have many of those in my bags of tricks.   My best talent is putting up with Bob, the idiot.  And my Blogging Business, of course.

Where were you born?
In Orange, Virginia.

Whose answers are you looking forward to getting back?
Every single person I know.   Just hit that old comment button and put your Mouse Man to work!

So tell me?   Was this a lot of fun, or what?  Isn't The Princess just the most interesting Bulldog you have ever known in your entire life.    Don't hold back, just let me know.  Remind me again, what was the question about sarcastic wording?

Happy Almost May Day
From your favorite Princess,

Daisy
