Bob
This is short and sweet, as sometimes The Princess likes to lay around all day and snooze, and then it is almost impossible for my Gram to get into my head to pull out something we can Blog About. My Dad says it is "creepy" the way my Gram can write for me and it comes out in my own voice. It is very important to have a voice, as you may know and actually, I don't know how Gram does it either. When I hear her talking, she just sounds like a normal two leg.
This day - which is today, by the way, we had all our work done for us by the Washington Post.
Please direct your Mouse Person to Washington Post needs Compliments because all of my friends should tell this newspaper that the full page story on line and in print today about some very happy endings with Michael Vick's dogs is a wonderful piece of reporting.
Some have already gotten forever homes, some went to live at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Utah, and some are still being evaluated, but the bottom line is rather than be "thrown away", these are loving, loyal, pets for the most part.
When we read these articles of course we think of dear, sweet, stupid Bob. That is why Bob is my best friend, even if we live in separate houses. I've told you before that I truly think Bob's mission in this life, was to cheer me up in mine.
So when you read the articles, please think about all the Bob's in the world who just happen to be PitBulls.
And you know what else? In this picture, Bob actually looks intelligent.

Dear Princess Daisy and Cousin Bob,
I was most pleased to see that you wrote about that wonderful article -- I think it is wonderful that the newspaper men and women are letting the world know what wonderful creatures we pit bulls can be.
I was rescued three years ago by a group that rescues pit bulls, and my mom, Beth, fell in love with me and brought me home. And guess what? I have another brother and two sisters, and even though they aren't the wonderful pit bull breed like I am, they are dogs at heart, and that's all that matters.
I am going to have my mouseman take me to that site right now and tell those wonderful people at the Washington Post just how happy I am right now.
Keep up your wonderful blogging business -- I read it all the time!
Love and slurps,
Cousin SMURF
P.S. My sister, Sasha, asked me to share her good thoughts with you. She is fighting a disease like you are -- hers starts with C and is a scary word, but she is fighting hard, and she said you should too. So here is a ((((HUGG))) from Sasha too!
Maybe someone should contact the Washington Post and tell them how many PitBulls and Mixed With Pits are owned by all our petsitting friends. I think I need to Blog about this Business at least one more time.
I love you my darling Cousin, and please tell Sasha there is nothing to be afraid of. My old brother Marvin told me all about the Rainbow Bridge place and he would never lie to me. If we want to, all we have to do all day is lay around and SHOP. I'll share all my catalogues with you.
Princess Daisy
