Rescue Me, Mr. Obama
Attention Friends! This is Important News from The Princess.
In my home we love Best Friends Animal Society in Utah for all the wonderful work that they do. Recently, of course, we told you about the Vick-tory Pit Bulls who are living with the people who do such amazing work at this haven for the homeless.
Now, thanks to our friends at Best Friends we have learned about Mr. Barack Obama's promise to acquire a dog for his family, but that because we believe in Miracles (look at me, The Princess.... every day is My Miracle Day), we want the Obama Family to ADOPT A DOG.
To you want to help us with our Dream to find a forever home for every homeless dog and cat? It's a big order, isn't it? But the very biggest dreams come true when only a few paws get to work and spread the word.
So, it's Sunday Morning in the Summer Time, and even if you were at My Dad's Big Party last night, wake up your Mouse Person and have him help you Sign The Petition When you click, you will go to the Best Friends sponsored site to urge the Obama Family to adopt (not buy) a four legged friend this November. Frankly after the dumb stuff stupid head Bob did this morning (more on that later).... I'd like to send him off to live with The Obama's but that really would be a Bad Dream for them. Ha.
When my Grammy went to sign the petition this very morning there were over 42,000 signatures, but that is really not enough when there are MILLIONS of people reading my Blog alone! Don't laugh, for all you know that is a truthful statement from The Princess!
And while you are all about helping Mr. Barack Obama with his dog dream, you can learn much more about our friends at Best Friends by putting your Mouse Person back to work and flying away To Utah!
And just remember, Mr. Barack Obama, if you want The Princess to come and see you when you go to live in your new home, it would be a good idea for you to let me know fairly soon as my Social Calendar fills up pretty fast.
