Let Go of The Leash
My Sister said that I have had plenty of time to practice my writing now and it is time for me to say something important. I do not know what can be more important than Smushed Frogs, but I'll try to find out.
Did you know that my Mom broke her shoulder? That is pretty important, I think. Poor Mom. She was trying to walk a dog by the name of Snickerdoodles on the night of August 14th and Snickers decided to run to play with the deer.
My Mom and My Sister tell all of our pet sitters the First Rule of Dog Walking on a Leash:
Let Go Of The Leash.
So my Mom forgot that part. Oops. She went up and out and down and landed on her shoulder part. Ouch.
Afterwards that silly Snickerdoodle dog sat down beside her and licked her face, but unfortunately, licking of faces does not make things all better. My Mom had to have surgery on her shoulder and was living in the hospital house for many days. Now however, she is all patched up and is - according to my Sister, a Bionic Woman. She has a plate and some screws holding her together. Isn't that really cool? I would like a plate on the top of my head so that when I run into trees while I am playing, it would not hurt so much.
We don't know if they have any dogs, but we do want to say that my Mom's doctors are very wonderful people and were very caring. So my Mom says if you have any need for some doctors to work with your bones you need to find a Mouse Person and get it to help you visit The Johnson Brothers They do a lot of sporting medicine, so I'm not really sure how my Mom wound up with them since she hasn't had a sporting moment in a long time, but anyway, they fixed her right up.
I am now going to ask my Sister, Lydia, if this information is something important. It is very hard to do the work of Daisy. Daisy was like a gossip column reporter. She just found out stuff that was really cool. I'm sitting and waiting here but things aren't coming over into my head so I can write about them. My Mom says not to worry. It will take a little bit of practicing. I guess it's a lot like Frog Surfing. You can't get it right the first few times.
Trying to learn,
Bob

Dear Bob,
You are the cat's pajamas!
You're going to be great at being a doggie blogger boy. All you have to do is talk about the most interesting or curious things that you see, hear, smell, touch, eat, or do. You already have a knack for it.
This is all good. You can wag your tail in joy now!

Reporter Bob!
My, my, but it sounds like you are getting the gossip column thing down pat! You reminded us about your Mom's shoulder surgery and actually gave the real details as to what happened! That's wonderful! All this time, I thought she was out carouzing somewhere (I must have missed one of the blogs somewhere) and she fell off the bar while she was dancing to her favorite tunes! Shows what I know! LOL
Now, is your Mom your Mouse Person, or do you have several? Are you doing OK with missing Daisy? I know it can be hard to think when you're sad.
I certainly appreciate any news you might want to share, whether it's about smashed frogs
Write soon, little one!
