Dog Days in Downtown Leesburg
Here is some hot news for everyone! Tomorrow from 12pm to 4pm in the heart of downtown Leesburg is a very special, first time ever event!
DOG DAYS IN DOWNTOWN LEESBURG
There is going to be a big dog party and the streets will be shut off so we will all be safe, and there will be dog cookies being sold, and everything else that a doggie needs and vendors everywhere and hopefully the weather will be good and we will all have a great time.
Whew! I even got a bath today and got my nails trimmed and everything and I am ready to go.
There is just one problem. My Mom, nor my Sister, Lydia, will give me a straight answer and I'm not sure if I'm invited to go along. They might be too busy at their little table where they will tell everyone about Everything & The Dog, to have me too. I just don't know. I will be doing a lot of begging and pleading between now and tomorrow morning.
Perhaps everyone could send me some mail and tell my Mom that it would not be a party without Bob. That might do it.

As someone who attends events like you mention; I can tell you one thing-
NOTHING grabs my attention to a booth and causes me to go over and check out their table, better than a wonderful dog hanging out with them!

Do you really think so? I want to go along so much. But I have to tell you a secret. I'm getting a new Baby BullDog niece this afternoon and so I am going to be an Uncle. This is going to add a lot to my responsibilites and I'm scared I will not be able to manage everything.
I know the baby is going to go to the event because my Mom got out Rusty's Doggie Carriage and polished it all up. But I want to go and guard the carriage.
I know my Sister, Lydia, values your opinion, so I am going to tell her what you said. Don't say I told you about the baby however. I don't want to get into trouble for spilling the beans or letting the baby out of the bag.

Bob - Just mention to your mom and your sister Lydia that there will be NO ONE to report on Dog Days if you do not go! As the saying goes, if not now, then when; if not you, then who?
