New Year's Day

                               Happy New Year 2009!

Mom and I found some more glitzy stuff to play around with and thanks to Ms. Bev Hollis and her Magic Camera, I'm able to show you how I look in my red headband.      After seeing both the red and the green, I have decided that red is my color, not green.

Did you have fun last night, everyone?      What about my new "could be" a girlfriend Alice?    Alice?  Are you still thinking I am handsome after these last two photo graphs?

All of us dogs snuggled on the couch and we watched back to back to back episodes to Say Yes to the Dress.    This, in case you aren't aware, is a show about shopping for your Bridal Gown at a big store in New York and bringing along all of your relatives to annoy you and the ever patient sales people while you do it.    We like this kind of stuff in our home.     It makes us feel normal.

And we watched the ball drop to the gound in New York.     We also watched Joe and Taylor try to stay at opposite sides of the stage from one another.    And that poor man Mr. Clark.     Mom says this really does need to be his final year.     Oh, and the cheesecake of course.   It was fun.

I am going to work on my Resolution List some more today since I want my Sister, Lydia to help me too.    I need more help on this than just from my Mom.      Mom's ideas are, let's just say, a bit unrealistic at times.  And then we will be watching The Parade of Rose Flowers from Pasadena in California.     And then we'll be napping.

I am happy to have had part of 2008 to be The Best Boy Bloginating PitBull in The World and I promise to bring you a lot of news, excitement and hope for 2009.

Love and Licks,

Your BFF  Bob

Oh --- and by the way --- could you send me some of your New Year Resolutions, so I can see if I'm making my list correctly in comparison to someone who might have had more experience than I have had?     Besides, it will be fun.   Right?   Ha!

    Dear Bob
I have been working on my resolutions today.
My very most important one is to get better at helping my mom as a dog model. My sister Lily always does the posing for lighting and stuff. She knows how to "work the camera" if you know what I mean.
This gets her lots of attention and treats.
I always stay around the periphery and usually I get a morsel or two tossed my way as well. BUT, I hate the camera. I try every once in a while but as soon as she goes to click that button I choke. Well, not literally. But I yawn, blink, howl or do something silly.

I really want to be as good as my sister Lily as her posing is getting her a lot of internet exposure. This frustrates me somewhat as she is a shelter dog and well, I am a PBGV... That in itself makes me special don't you think?

Well, anyways, that is my number one resolution.. (I'm also going to try to howl less). It seems to make everyone start yelling all the time.

I have sent your mom a couple pictures to show you what I mean about Lily working the camera and me looking rather silly as usual.

By the way, I think you are doing a great job with the blog. Daisy would be proud!

    Your friend Niles Phineas.
