Musical Beds

First off, let me say that I am sending this Blog as a special gift for my good friends, Vicki, Blazer & Kitty Kimber.   Vicki is the Mom to Blazer and Kitty K. and she has been not feeling so great, but my Mom, says I can cheer her up and I think Mom is right.   So Miss Vicki, this Blog is for You.

I just want to tell you what goes on in our office on a regular basis.   We have beds everywhere.    A big round one that sometimes every one shares, a few small beds and then lots of pads and blankies which we can all drag around the office.    Let me tell you, Mr.Obama, our office has absolutely no relation to your beautiful oval place.    Maybe you could send us some hints.   We think you are doing a good job with telling your people they can take off their coats when they are working and that it is good the waiters can relax a little also.     We think think everyone in The White House needs a good laugh now and then.    And while we are on that subject, my Mom says she agrees with you about the wimpy people in Washington.    My Mom lived in Montana and I was born in Maine, so that is some snow for you.

Anyway so back to today.   It seems that we all got in a little trouble since Scarlett and Lily think it's  o.k. to have a real fight now and then and I know a lot better than to try and referee those two when they get it going.   Scarlett drew a little blood this morning, but the girls are really o.k.      Actually I spend a great deal of my time playing with Lily and I get to drag her around by the scruff of her neck.  My sister and my Mom were looking at us the other day and it seems we are both pretty beat up and scratched.   Lily doesn't yelp and neither do I, so I don't see the harm, but Mom says I am aiding and abetting a little terriorist.   HA.

Oh and then there is Rusty, who spends all day in the office in his dog stroller which sits between my Mom and my Sister.  Rusty is on crate restriction as he really does try to fight with me sometimes and the last time he did it I accidently sent him to the emergency room.   Oh Boy.  I'm not at all proud of that, but the little twerp really made me angry.    Now I have learned that fighting is NOT acceptable.   Mom says people will say bad things about me, and everyone knows I am not at all a fighter, I am a NANNY DOG, who just forgot himself with Rusty once or twice.   O,K...... three times, but I won't do it again, I promise.

So we all thought it would be nice to give all of you an idea about how things look around here, so here we all are.   ALL of us were on bed restriction for sometime this morning and Lily finally put herself to sleep in the big crate.   She is really growing, isn't she?  Do you see how long she is?   And let me tell you she is packing on a few pounds.     I'll tell you more about her growing up - The First Six Months in a few days.    I wanted to do this blog first and then our friend Erich from Two Dogs, Two Thousand Miles, said I should blog about the peanut butter thing because all of us are dying for a PB&J and can't eat it right now.   So I need to finish my research on that because I do want to be a Reporter Extraordinary on a regular basis.

So here we all are.   Lily first, then Scarlett, then me.
