Postcards from the Road

Remember I sorta said that I wanted to get some real mail?  And my Mom said I needed to have something else to do to keep me out of trouble so why didn't I collect postcards?

That sounded like a really good idea and I mentioned it a few days ago and guess what?  People are already saying they will send me a card.  I'm pretty excited about this and since I have a large space of my own above my office crate, then I think I will need to figure out how to display them too!   I wonder if Luke and The Boys will send me a Postcard?  I'll have to Tweet them on Twitter and ask.  I love my Twitter Page.  Do you have one?   Then you need to follow along with me!

I'm so excited. This gives me a really good excuse to ask my Mom to walk down to the mailbox with me every day.  Yesterday she did that and it almost killed her.  Yep.  She is really out of shape.   She says she is just needing the weather to warm up.  But when it was hot last year she said she was waiting for the weather to cool down.  Luke and The Boys make my Mom look awful.  They have walked over 1000 miles in a year and she can't go to the mailbox?  Yippers.

So, do you think it is bad manners for me to ASK people to send me a postcard from whereever they live (that is not here), or from the road?    Now I am starting to worry if I am being pushy.  But I was thinking that when I get my cards I can tell my Blogging Friends all about them, and besides, how many PittBulls collect postcards?  I don't think there are too many of them that are doing that.  You know it has always been my mission in my whole life of just over two years to tell The World that PitBulls are not bad dogs and I know that my Blogging Business and my Tweeting and my Postcard Collection, will surely help to prove this point.

So just send me an e-mail at
pbest@everythingandthedog.com and I will send you my address for Snail Mail.  What is that really?  Why is it called Snail Mail?  Mom says because it is so slow, but since Mom is so often wrongly informed, I need to ask.   I hope snails do not crawl on the mailing pieces.  I HATE snails.

And another thing for today, which is, BTW   NATIONAL OPEN AN UMBRELLA IN THE HOUSE DAY, remember I am writing in green ink because of St. Patrick's Day which is just around the corner?  I am also writing to remind everyone to Go Green and try to help our environment.  See - yet another reason PitBulls are good beings.  We are aware!

And so to be green, I found these

This is The Wagging Green Bamboo Collection

So get that Mouse Person of yours out of his bed and have him rush you off to MY NEW FRIENDS AT WAGGING GREEN   They are introducing the Earth Friendly Bamboo Pet Product line that gives back to Green causes chosen by you! Every time you purchase one of their full line of collars, leashes, harnesses, cat collars, t-shirts and dog tags you are helping support green charities.

This is what we all need to be looking for.  Ways to help keep everything safe and green.   If we all do our part then we will be able to help solve our problems with hot air.  Well not just hot air.  Warming Air.  Or whatever. But I know you are knowing what I am meaning.

And besides.  I need the collar that is the second from the top with the scuba diving dog on it.  That will be another project for me, I think.  I need to learn how to scuba dive.  When I was lost last week-end, I found some ponds around my home.  Can I scuba dive in a pond?  I'll need to work on this cause Mom says she is definately
not flying me to The Bahamas.  Geeze.

So, have a fun day, send me a postcard.
