CaplinROUS
I told you that I can now Tweet on Twitter, right? I have made so many new friends and I am so lucky because they Tweet to me all day and we have such fun discussing important things like chasing squirrels, the weather, how beautiful we all are and on and on.
One of my new friends is named @CaplinROUS - that is his Twitter name in case you want to look him up, and you should.
Well tonight at 10pm ET on ANIMAL PLANET there will be a show called Animal Planet's Most Outrageous Odd Looking Animals. My friend thinks that he is not outrageous or odd looking at all, and if you look at it from his standpoint, I probably look darn odd myself.
Here is what my friend Cappy has to say about himself:
I am a pet capybara. My name is Caplin Rous (pronounced Rose, it comes from Rodent Of Unusual Size). I was born on July 10, 2007 in East Texas. I am at least third generation captive bred.

And get this --- he weighs just under 100 pounds which is about twice what I weigh.
You simply have got to find your Mouse Person and get him to work and fly you away to Cappy's Blogging at A PET CAPYBARA'S VIEW OF THE WORLD It is a wonderful Blog and if you don't become fast friends once you have read about him, I will be very suprised.

I want to go to Texas to meet my new friend. My Mom says I will just need to settle on a post card from him, cause we cannot fly all over the country to meet Twitter Friends. Again, my Mom is so unreasonable.
The thing I find truly fascinating is that Caplin can Blog. Just like I can Blog. I thought I had the corner on the Blogging Business but Mom says that whereas she hates to tell me, there are a LOT of Animal Bloggers out there.
To this, I reply....none that are called BoyBloginator. None that are called Reporter Extra Ordinary. And none are PitBulls who also collect Post Cards. So there.
And so.... Caplin, have fun at your TV Watching Party tonight, and think about me. I'll be in Virginia watching you too. And please, do send me a post card.
