LilyBug and WillowBee: Bug & Bee

Everyone has been asking and asking me how Lily and WillowBee are doing and I guess I have been sort of distracted with everything else going on this summer.    Sorry, fans of Lily and Willow, let me catch you up.

First off, pictures are in order

Here is our girl, Lily, laying in the sun and looking pretty serious about it too.

Of course, as soon as I turned my back...... this is the side of Lily that we more usually see.   Her upside!

Obviously, everyone can see that Lily is in fine form and has turned into quite a lovely BullDog, after spending her first six months thinking that she was a PitBull, like her Nanny Bob.    After WillowBee arrived, I think Lily decided she preferred to be a BullDog.   Being a BullDog means that one can spend a great deal of time laying on the couch, asleep.     In other words, Lil passed Willow over to me, Bob, and decided to get some peace and quiet when she could.    Willow is quite the hand-ful.

Lily will soon be 11 months old (July 25) and then of course on August 25 we will be having a BIG Happy Birthday Party when she becomes one whole year of age.

So Willow, Willow, Willow.    What can I say?    WillowBee is a demon on four legs but she sure is sweet when she is asleep.   HA.

Will doesn't sleep as much as the rest of us would like, however.
This photo was from her last photo shoot with Ms. Bev Hollis..... and things have changed a lot in Willow Land since then.   She is getting much bigger, faster.     And she has really long legs and is kinda skinny...... probably, Mom says, because her metobolism is racing out of control.    I'll ask Lydia to get out her magic picture taking telephone later today and to try and snap some current photos of the Whirling Dervish, our little Devil Dog.

She is going to Puppy Kindergarten Classes every Monday night and has a lab friend in her class too.   His name is Beau but he is a couple of weeks younger than Willow.   Mom says that Willow is doing well in her classes and is sure to graduate with some kind of honor.     Which kind we aren't quite sure.

Here is my favorite picture of all three of my "sisters"..... WillowBee, Lydia and Lily.
                                                                                     I have a pretty beautiful family, don't I?

So that is the update from here as far as The Girlie-Girls are concerned.   It is promising to be a busy, busy summer for me, Bob, but I won't forget to fill you in on our Growing Pains.   Ha.

Love and Licks,

Bob
.......... still a Nanny
