Michael Vick

First, let me say that my Mom says I shouldn't be too controversial with my Blogging Business.   However, I do have some opinions and need to get them out in the open.

This is what I have found out, as of yesterday:

Michael Vick
is back in the NFL. Now all he needs is a team to play for.

Vick, free after serving 18 months in prison for running a dogfighting ring, was reinstated with conditions by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell on Monday.

Vick can immediately take part in preseason practices, workouts and meetings and can play in the final two preseason games -- if he can find a team that will sign him. A number of teams have already said they would not.

We ALL know about Mr. Vick, I am sure.     He is not a nice person at all.   He has hurt many, many, many innocent dogs, and fortunately a lot of his dogs were shipped off to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Utah, and are getting a whole new life.  We try to follow The Vicktory Dogs whenever we can, and hope that all of you will do that too.

So here is my point.     How can someone be allowed to even attempt to get his old job back when he has been so rotten.      And if he gets that job back, will he make millions of dollars in cash and prizes?

Fortunately, we have heard that our own Washington Redskins do not want him on their team.

I encourage everyone to please, please, please, send an e-mail to your favorite NFL teams and to tell them NOT to hire this awful, terrible person.

Bob
....... this time, I am mad

I agree with you 100%. While I do believe that people can change and criminals can be rehabilitated, it's far too soon in this case to believe that anything like that has happened. What this man did is cruel and evil. He doesn't deserve the "reward" of getting his highly paid and highly visible job back. Not now. Maybe not ever, but definitely not now.

Thank you so much for writing to me, Ms. Rebecca.     I hope I have a lot of fans who think like you do.

It is just so terrifying to me and last night I couldn't sleep because of this awful man.

    Love and Licks,

I agree with you Bob! It is a shame that the NFL has already reinstated Mr. Vick. He is a disgrace - we should never forget what he did to countless innocent dogs who had no choice in the matter. Shame on anyone who would consider watching him play football. Thanks Bob!

Thank you for your comment and we are hopeful that no one will hire him back.    He is the worst person on the face of the earth to have used all his money and position to do horrible things.  I am afraid of him, but my Mom says she will protect me forever.

I can't even look at him. It makes me cry every time I think of what he did to the dogs...and that other people would also be apart of such cruelty. Seriously sick.

Thank you Miss Monica for supporting my thinking on this subject.    He is truly an evil person.
We don't even think he should be a water boy.

    Love,
    Bob
