Welcome Back, Bob

Hi Everyone

I'm not even sure if anyone remembers me, but I am still the same old Bob, the Boy Bloginator and I am happy to say that I am back in the blogging business after a long, long absence.

To kick off my return to the Blogging World, I want you to know that we are going to participate in the Big Blogathon which is sponsored by  NOVADog Magazine in order to help raise money and awareness for the 2 Million Dogs Project.  If you click here to you can find out all of the information  about the Blogathon and see who will be participating with us in this wonderful event.

Be sure and MARK YOUR CALENDAR NOW  so that you won't miss out on any of the fun and excitement.

All of the wonderfulness of the Blogathon will be to help our friends at 2 Million Dogs.     We have been working with Luke, Hudson and Murphy since the idea for the original 2Dogs2Thousand Miles was formed in Luke's brain, and my sister, Lydia and her husband, Patrick, even went to Boston to be there at the finish of the original walk.

Now we are in phase two of Luke's journey and the  mission of the 2 Millions Dogs Foundation (www.2milliondogs.org) is this

:
Education and Awareness: The field of comparative oncology is relatively new and 2 Million Dogs will educate people about its tremendous potential through a global campaign of strategic partnerships, seminars, speaking engagements, social media, events, broadcasts, and other forms of media.

Empowerment and Mobilization: Through The Puppy Up! Walk, we are building the largest pet and people cancer community in the world; from business people to artists to scientists and humanitarians, a partnership forged with the singular purpose of ridding the world of its deadliest disease.

Investment in Research: 2 Million Dogs scientific objectives are: Broadening our understanding of the links between human and companion animal cancer, creating a cross institutional collaborative platform, developing new approaches to research, and funding translational cancer studies that benefit both pets and people.

So stay tuned and I will be blogging more information in the next few days leading up to February 5th when we will be eating lots of snacks and sleeping in bags, and posting something fun every hour for 18 hours.

There are lots of prizes to win and we will tell you all about them in the days to come.

Love and Licks,
Bob, Boy Bloginator and PitBull Reporter Extra Ordinary.

And here I am -- thinking about SPRING    (just in case you forgot what I looked like)

So good to hear from you! I've missed you and all your buddies at the EATD office. I'm glad you and your mom hit the keyboard after your sojourn away from cyberspace. Mercury and Kirby say "Hi" as does Miss Janet.

I'm still digging my boy Neil Young and lovin' life in the desert!
