And the Winner Was?
Our Smudge turned 6 months old last Friday and I meant to Blog her a Birthday Wish then, but it was so hot, I think my brain turned to mush. (No rude comments, please)
Happy 6-Months, Little Smudge!
So in honor of Smudge, I thought I'd show you a series of photos taken by our friend, Ellen Zangla on one of the times she was up at our home with her camera (which seems to be with her always..... like a part of her body). These were taken a couple of months ago, so Smudge was about the same size as Beijing Kitty at the time.
You can guess who the winner was in this little "get together" (which --- don't panic --- was all in the best of fun)
"Hi, Beijing Kitty, wanna play?"
"No? Then, I'll just lay on top of you."
"I can see you aren't really into this, are you?"
"HA! Silly Puppy..... whatever was she thinking?"
I tell you, after my last experience with Beijing Kitty where she held me hostage for several days, I do NOT want to try this with her, but evidently she seems to have a lot more patience with our Smudge than she does with me. You can bet that I don't try laying on top of her, ever! I'm lucky if she lets me give her a little sniff now and then.
So Happy 6-Month's Smudgie! Life is always happy when we can see your little face.
Love,
Bob
