Apology in Order
Yesterday in my Blogging, I reprinted an article by Ms. Marie Anne St. John, entitled Favorite Memories of Christmas Pets I suggested that everyone check it out , but instead of just giving you the link to Ms. St. John's post, I copied it and added it to my blogging together with a big thank you to Marie Anne St. John who put it together.
I have offended Ms. St. John because her work was under copywrite.
I am terribly, terribly sorry.
I just thought I was doing a good thing so that everyone could check out the link when they had time and I thought that was o.k.
In any event. Blogging Bob does not mean to take someone's elses work without giving them full credit. Ever.

Yes, it was, and I guess I am entitled to one now and again. Still, I was wrong and it is always good to admit it when you are wrong, especially if someone points it out to you.

This apology wasn't necessary, but appreciated! I wasn't offended, just trying to point out what is proper use and what is not. As I posted to you privately, it's perfectly ok to post part of an article with the link, you just can't post the whole thing, whether you give credit or not. I don't even own the piece, Yahoo! does.
Please feel free to put that post back up, just don't post the entire article.

I'm sure it has nothing to do with Christmas Spirit, and after all, since I am a Boy Bloginator, Pit Bull Reporter, Extra Ordinary, Personal Shopper and truly a Phenomena, I believe it is important to learn from one's mistakes.

Uh, Bob. Really? You got in trouble for honoring someone by reprinting their article? I'm not certain you actually *violated* copyright by giving Ms. High 'n Mighty proper attribution. I have to tell you that the buns and I *do not* understand why Ms. St. John got her panties all in a knot. She should've been thrilled that Bob the Blogginating Pitbull *cared* enough about her work to forward it to all of his very loyal fans, who, BTW, *listen* to Bob (I just bought my husband a Christmas gift certificate from Ellen Zangla *all* because of Bob!). I'm still on your side on this one, Bob.
