Dear Cousin Bob,

I read your excellent reporting today and I thought "I love Shaun White too". My mom REALLY loves him, and she screamed really loudly when he did his bazillion flips and twists and won his gold medal on his VERY FIRST TRY! I thought that was great too, and I thought how cool it would be to be his dog.

But then I read that you said he takes Rambo EVERYWHERE with him. Hmm...that would be problem for me. I'm sure Mr. White is in and around the snow a whole lot, since that is his job as a super snowboarder extra-ordinary. That would mean, as his dog, I would have to be in the snow too. Brrr!! No thanks!

Although -- maybe he has an opening for a dog who sits by the fire wrapped up in a fuzzy blanket and watches his hot cocoa to make sure no one drinks it. If so, I'm going to nominate myself! I could even get a gold medal in that category myself!

You are right, of course, and as always. I thought about all that snow stuff too, and frankly, I don't think I want to be cold that often. Of course, because he is Shaun, he probably has some kind of superior heater thingy that keeps him warm.
I like that idea about guarding the cocoa. I think it would take two of us to do a good job. Yes?

Please know, few small animal vets use ketamine any longer. At least not in my neck of the woods...

That's helpful information, Ms. Bev! I guess it is always better to be safer than more sorry (or something like that) and Mom says it never hurts to be asking questions when you are uncertain about things. Do you think all of that is true? If it is true, than why does Mom say ----- "Bob, you ask too many questions. Go take a nap" Maybe my Mom is conflicted.
